This is to inform you of the change in the method of ARC(Alien Registration Card) group registration.
ARC group registration was supposed to be held on 12th~14th September online as we announced previously.
But it has been changed to an on-site registration method. The details are as follows.
<ARC group registration for exchange/visiting students of Hongik University>
*Date: 20th September (Tuesday), 09:30~11:30AM, 13:00~16:30PM
*Location: Hongik University International Student Lounge (Room 109, Building Q)
-> It’s located just right next to the Hongik OIA office.
*Application fee: 30,000 KRW
*Required documents are same as we informed previously.
· Photo (3.5cm*4.5cm, passport photo size, taken in recent 6 months)
· Passport copy
· Visa
· Certificate of Enrollment
(OIA will prepare this instead of you, so you don’t need to bring it)
· Proof of Residence
For the group registration, please bring the required documents(hard copy) and application fee in cash on the date. If you miss this group registration, you should visit the immigtaion office and register ARC individually.
