Undergraduate and IDAS course Timetable for 2022 Fall semester are out and here's direction for making course request form.
1) Undergraduate time table for 2022 Fall semester
You can check whole 2022 Fall course time table via this website.

※ The (*) mark on the right side of the subject name is an English class.
※ Time: 1(09:00~09:50), 2(10:00~10:50), 3(11:00~11:50), 4(12:00~12:50), 5(13:00~13:50), 6(14:00~14:50), 7(15:00~15:50), 8(16:00~16:50), 9(17:00~17:50), 10(18:00~18:50)
-> ex) '[Wed]678' means 'Wednesday 14:00~16:50'

① Entering the website.
②Change the language for English and Set for ‘2022-2 semester’, ‘Exchange/Visiting students’ and search.
③ You can see major for whole college. please click major you want to take.
④ If you click the major, you can see more detailed course table.
The (*) Red star mark is an course taught in English.
However, the course which has ‘Not for Inbound students, Inbound X, Inbound students X’ notice is not possible courses for exchange/visiting students to take. Make sure not to choose it.
But even it’s not possible for you, if you really want to take the course, you can ask professor if they can accept you or not.
⑤ If you click for the course title, you can check syllabus. It includes professor contact information and Class time.
Make sure to write 'Course Code(course number-class number, ex)002527-1)' correctlyand Double check the classnet to ensure that the registration has been made correctly.
FYI, We have 5 classrooms for 'basic Korean' lecture. Only 002220-5 (Tue34, Thu4) is available for exchange student, others are not available.
2) IDAS time table for 2022 Fall semester
The IDAS is an International Design school for Advanced Studies in Hongik. Exchange/Visiting students can take the IDAS course as an attached file.
However, IDAS campus is not located in Hongik main campus.
The address is International Design school for Advanced Studies, 57 Daehak-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 03082 Rep. of KOREA
(FYI, it takes about 40mins by subway or bus from our main campus to the IDAS)

3) Make course request form
If you choose the course, please enter the ‘Course request form’ google survey.

★ Submit deadline: ~ 19th August (Fri) 16:00 KST ★ Be punctual.
-. Initial submission of course request from by Google: ~ 19 th Aug (Fri) 16:00 pm KST
-. Actual course registration will be made by OIA on the system: 23th Aug(Mon)~26th Aug(Fri)
-. Student can check the result of registration on Classnet: 29th Aug(Mon)~31th Aug(Wed)
- Fall 2022 course start date: 1st Sep (Thu)
-. OIA will send you 2nd registration google form on 1st Sep(Thu)
- 2nd course registration(correction period) will be made by OIA on the system
: 1st Sept(Thu) 09:00 ~ 7th Sep (Wed) 16:00
- 1st Course drop period: 8th Sep(Thu) 09:00 ~ 9th Sep(Fri) 16:00
- 2nd Course drop period: 22th Sep(Thu) 09:00 ~ 23th Sep(Fri) 16:00
★After 23th Sep 16:00, course drop is not allowed for any reason.
★When you write the course request from, be sure not to overlap the time between the lectures.
★You are able to register up to maximum of 18 Credit/semester.
★Although you request certain lecture for the registration, it doesn't means guaranteed.
It might fail to register because of limitation of maximum occupancy in each lecture.
★Although you succeed in registering a certain course, it can be denied by the professor in some reasons.
Make sure to write 'Course Code(course number-class number, ex)002527-1)' correctly
and Double check the classnet to ensure that the registration has been made correctly.
3) Mode of Classes for 2022 Fall semester
In principle, all lectures and exams will be held offline based(in-person)
