본교에서는 2026년 2월 비자 변경 단체 접수를 시행합니다. 해당하는
학생은 일정에 맞춰 비자 변경을 신청하시기 바랍니다.
1. 대상:
한국에 체류중이며, D4 → D2(D-2-2, D-2-3, D-2-4, D-2-7)로 변경하고자
하는 신입생 및 기준C 복학생.
※ D-4 비자가 2026년 2월
26일 이후 만료자에 한함.
2. 일시 및 장소:
- 일시: 2월 23일(월) 10：00 ~ 14：00
- 장소: 서울캠퍼스 정보통신센터(Q동) 101호 IIT 라운지
(IIT라운지는 국제협력본부 바로 옆에 있습니다)
※ 이번 학기는 오프라인으로 학교에서 하루만 진행합니다.
※ 세종캠퍼스 학생은 서울캠퍼스에서 진행하는 단체 체류 자격 변경 신청 또는 출입국에 직접 방문하여 개인 신청하시기 바랍니다.
※ 신청 기간 동안 신청하지 못한 학생은 개별 접수하시기 바랍니다(단체 접수 불가).

Our
university will conduct a group application for visa status change in
February 2026. Eligible students are required to apply for the visa change according to the
schedule below.
1. Applicants

New students or Category
C students who are currently staying in Korea and wish to change their
visa status from D-4 to D-2 (D-2-2, D-2-3, D-2-4, D-2-7).
※ Only students whose D-4 visa expires on or after February 26, 2026
are eligible.
2. Date & Location

(Monday), 10:00 – 14:00

Location: IIT Lounge, Room
101, Information & Communication Center (Building Q), Seoul Campus
(The IIT Lounge is located right next to the Office of International Affairs.)
※
This semester, the group application will be conducted offline for one day
only on campus.
※ Students from the Sejong Campus must either participate in the group
application at the Seoul Campus or apply individually by visiting the
Immigration Office.
※ Students who fail to apply during the designated period must apply
individually (group application will not be available).
3. Required Documents: Please refer to the attached file.

Students must NOT leave Korea during the visa change application period
under any circumstances. ★★
→ If you leave Korea, you will not be able to re-enter and will be required to
apply for a new visa.

本校将于2026年2月实施签证变更团体申请。符合条件的学生请务必按照以下日程申请签证变更。
1. 申请对象
目前在韩国停留，并希望将签证从D-4
变更为 D-2（D-2-2, D-2-3, D-2-4, D-2-7） 的新入学学生及C类复学生。
※ 仅限D-4签证有效期至2026年2月26日以后到期的学生。
2. 时间及地点
- 时间： 2月23日（周一）10:00 – 14:00
- 地点： 首尔校区 信息通信中心（Q栋）101号 IIT Lounge
（IIT Lounge 位于国际合作本部旁边）
※ 本学期仅在校内线下集中办理一天。
※ 世宗校区的学生需前往首尔校区参加团体签证变更申请，或自行前往出入境管理事务所进行个人申请。
※ 未能在指定时间内申请的学生，只能进行个人申请（不接受团体申请）。
3. 提交材料: 请参考附件。
★★ 在签证变更申请期间，严禁离境韩国 ★★
→ 如在此期间出境，将无法再次入境韩国，且需重新申请签证。
