본교에서는 2026년 1학기 신규 외국인 등록 단체 접수를 시행합니다. 해당하는 학생은 일정에 맞춰 외국인 등록을
신청하시기 바랍니다.
1. 대상: 해외에서 D-2비자를 받고 한국에 입국한 경우
2. 접수 일정: 2월 10일(화) ~ 3월 10일(화)

★개별 방문 신청을 원하는 경우★
- 재학증명서는 3월 1일 이후 발급 가능합니다. 개별
신청의 경우, 3월 1일 이후에 방문 및 신청하세요.
- 방문 신청 전에 온라인
예약을 해야 합니다. 2월과 3월은 온라인 예약이 많은 시기이므로, 서둘러서 예약해야 합니다.
- 단체 접수 기간이
지나 입국하는 학생은 본인이 직접 방문 신청해야 합니다.
- 외국인 등록증은 한국 입국 후 3개월 이내에
반드시 발급해야 합니다. 미 발급 시 추후 한국 체류가 불가합니다.

Students who require an Alien Registration Card
(ARC) for the March 2026 semester are advised to review the information below
and apply through the university group application.
- Eligible Applicants: Students who have obtained a D-2 visa
overseas and entered Korea
- Group Application Period:February 10 (Tue) – March 10 (Tue)
- Document Submission & Application: api2.hirevisa.com/m/univ/7/50/14/guide/rc-issue
★ For students who wish to apply individually (in person) ★
- A Certificate of Enrollment can be issued from
March 1 onward. For individual applications, please visit and apply after
March 1.
- Online reservation is required before visiting
the immigration office. As February and March are peak periods for
reservations, please make your reservation as early as possible.
- Students who enter Korea after the group
application period must apply in person.
- The Alien
Registration Card must be issued within 3 months of entry into Korea.
Failure to obtain the ARC within this period may result in ineligibility
to stay in Korea.

★想要个人访问申请的同学，请注意★
- 3月1日后可颁发在学证明书。个人申请，请于3月1日后前来申请。
- 申请参观前必须先进行网上预约。2月和3月是网上预订的高峰期，请尽快预订。
- 团体申请期后入境的学生必须个人申请。
- 外国人登录证必须在入境韩国后3个月内发行。如未办理，今后不可在韩国居留。
