신청하시기 바랍니다.
<외국인 등록증 신청 안내>
1. 대상: 해외에서 D-2비자를 받고 한국에 입국한 학생
2. 접수 일정: 8월 24일(월) 9:00 ~ 9월 4일(금) 18:00

★개별 방문 신청을 원하는 경우
- 재학증명서는 9월 1일 이후 발급 가능합니다. 개별
신청의 경우, 9월 1일 이후에 방문 및 신청하세요.
- 방문 신청 전에 온라인
예약을 해야 합니다. 8월과 9월은 온라인 예약이 많은 시기이므로, 서둘러서 예약해야 합니다.
- 단체 접수 기간이
지나 입국하는 학생은 본인이 직접 방문 신청해야 합니다.
★ 외국인 등록증은 한국 입국 후 3개월 이내에 반드시 발급해야 합니다. 미 발급 시 추후 한국 체류가 불가합니다.

The International Student Support Office will
conduct a group application for the Alien Registration Card (ARC) in August
2026. Eligible students are advised to apply according to the schedule below.

1. Eligibility: Students who entered Korea with a D-2 visa
issued overseas.
2. Application Period: 9:00, Monday, August 24, 2026
– 18:00, Friday, September 4, 2026

<Important Notices>
★ If you wish to apply individually:
- A Certificate of Enrollment can be issued from
September 1, 2026. If you are applying individually, please visit the
Immigration Office and submit your application on or after September 1.
- You must make an online reservation before
visiting the Immigration Office. Since August and September are peak
seasons for reservations, please make your reservation as early as
possible.
- Students who arrive in Korea after the group
application period must apply for the ARC individually.
★ You must obtain your Alien
Registration Card (ARC) within three (3) months of your arrival in Korea. Failure to do so may result in restrictions
on your future stay in Korea.

国际学生支援室将于2026年8月办理外国人登录证（ARC）团体申请。符合申请条件的同学，请按照以下日程办理外国人登录证。

1. 申请对象: 在海外取得D-2签证后入境韩国的学生。
2. 申请时间: 2026年8月24日（星期一）09:00 ～ 2026年9月4日（星期五）18:00

<注意事项>
★ 如需自行申请：
- 在学证明（Certificate of
Enrollment） 可于2026年9月1日起开具。如需自行申请，请于9月1日以后前往出入境管理事务所办理。
- 前往出入境管理事务所前，必须先进行网上预约。由于8月至9月为预约高峰期，请尽早预约。
- 在团体申请结束后才入境韩国的学生，须本人自行办理外国人登录证。
★ 外国人登录证必须在入境韩国后3个月内办理。 如未在规定期限内办理，今后将无法继续在韩国合法居留。
