[일정변경] D2 비자 연장, 외국인 등록증, 비자 변경(D4 → D2) 단체
접수 안내
외국인 유학생 중, 비자 연장, 외국인 등록증 발급, 비자 변경(D4 -> D2)이 필요한 학생들을 위해, 학교에서 단체 접수를 진행할 예정입니다.
입국일로부터 자율격리기간 14일이 지난 학생만 방문 가능하며, 아직 자가격리중이거나 학교에 직접 방문하지 못하는
학생은 위임장을 작성하여 대리 접수해주시기 바랍니다.(대리접수자도 자율격리기간 14일이 지난 학생만
방문 가능합니다.)
* 위임장은 첨부파일에 있습니다.

16:30
2. 장소: 홍문관(R동) 1층 복도

a) 단체접수는 신청인이
꼭 한국에 입국해 있어야 접수 가능합니다.
b) 입국일로부터 자율격리기간 14일이 지난 학생만 방문 가능하며, 아직 자가격리중이거나 학교에 직접 방문하지 못하는 학생은 위임장을 작성하여 대리 접수해주시기
바랍니다.(대리접수자도 자율격리기간 14일이 지난 학생만 방문 가능합니다.)
c) 초과학기로 비자를
연장하는 학생은 4월 10일 이전에 반드시 초과학기사유서에 지도교수님의 확인을 받고, 국제학생지원실(Q동 107호)에 방문하여 유학생 담당자 확인을 꼭 받아주세요.
d) 만료일로부터
4개월 이전만 접수 가능합니다.

[Change the schedule] Guidelines for Group Application of
D2 Visa Extension, ARC registration and Visa Change(D4→D2)
For international students who need to extend their
visas, make ARC and change their visas (D4 - D2), we are taking group
applications.
Only the students who completed self-quarantine are
allowed to visit school, and those who are still at self-quarantine
or unable to visit the school should fill out a letter of attorney and apply it
through friendswho already completed self-quarantine on behalf of them.

4. Notice:
a)To apply for a Group
Application of D2 Visa Extension, ARC registration and Visa Change(D4→D2), Applicants must be
in Korea.
b)Only the students who completed
self-quarantine are allowed to visit school, and those who are still at

c) Students who apply visa extension shouldfirst visit the International Student Support Office and get the signof administration on the form of reason for extra
semesterbefore 10 of April.
d) You can only receive it 4 months before
the expiration date.
