*In the case that the number of applicants in a particular level either reaches capacity or does not reach the minimum number of participants required, there is a possibility to be asked to attend only a single term even though the student had applied for both terms.
<Fees>
【1 term participation】
Application fee (Non-refundable): JPY 12,000
Program fee: JPY 78,000
*Overseas Travel Insurance fee: JPY 7,110 (15days)
【2 terms participation】
Application fee (Non-refundable): JPY 12,000
Program fee: JPY 156,000
*Overseas Travel Insurance fee: JPY 10,600 (29days)
★Not including round-trip air fare, meals, housing, living expenses, transportation expenses, medical expenses etc.
★We ask all participants to take the overseas travel insurance designated by Kanagawa University.
★*Insurance fee above is for 2025. The fee for 2026 will be
announced in March.
The insurance covers from the day before the program until the Sunday after the program ends.

★Please be careful once your students send the Application Form to us, they will be responsible for "Application fee:JPY12,000" and
all the transfer fees at banks, and will be charged regardless the reasons for their cancellation.
