한국베링거인겔하임 동물약품의 반려동물 (CA) 사업부에서 Local Sales Manager를 모집합니다. Local Sales Manager는 담당 지역에서의 목표 달성, 각 분야 고객과의 관계 개발 및 유지와 함께 시존 및 신규 고객을 통한 사업성장을 위한 지역판매 계획을 수립하는 position 입니다. 현 고객과 잠재 고객에게 약의 우수한 가치를 알리고 제약업계에서 성장하고자 하는 지원자분들의 많은 지원을 기다립니다.

Tasks & responsibilities
LSM targets, promotes and sells products to vets managing their territory in order to maintain existing vet groups and develop relationships with new vet groups to achieve district and corporate objectives. As a member of the sales team, LSM works closely with ASM, other district team members and other groups internal& external to attain district and corporate goals. They provide quality consultative service and coordinate with other internal personnel and resources to fit clients’ needs.
• Achieve individual targets within designated territory
• Utilize the CRM(Customer relationship management) in an accurate manner to promote commercial Excellence.
• Develop territory sales plans for business growth through existing and new customers.
• Proactively share market and customer information with ASM.
• Develop and implement efficient sales calls (planning pre calls and analysis of post calls)
• Manage the time effectively and assign the time to each customer considering customers’ grade, potential, and other important factors.
• Organize seminars or group details with technical teams and pet sales managers on a regular basis.
• Provide Periodic reports having objective and fact-based contents to sales manager and BU manager.
• Support major veterinary congresses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in respective areas
• Understand and comply with all aspects of the Corporate Policy Manual.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Related majors(livestock, veterinary, life science related) are preferred, but not mandatory 수의학 등 관련 학과 우대이나, 필수는 아님.
• 1~3 years experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is preferred, but not mandatory 경력자 우대이나, 신입도 지원 가능
• Knowledge of veterinary/livestock market and products
• Good sales/negotiation skill and analytic ability
• Problem-solving and execution excellence
• team work oriented
• Customer management
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skill
• Driver’s license
