  • Position: HR Administrator (Talent Acquisition, 6 months temp)
  • Job Description
    • Support sourcing of store positions; admin for job posting, university networking activities, SNS recruiting channel operation, etc.
    • Arrange 1st / 2nd round interview (video interview / F2F with store managers, etc. ) for store non-manager positions
    • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates’ inquiries on recruiting process via phone and email
    • Rough 1st round CV screening of particular positions
    • Organize candidate records and collect evidence documents for salary proposal
    • Support employer branding activities on SNS.
    • Other adhoc support for talent acquisition team (Expense payments, meeting arrangements, etc.)
  • Requirements
    • University graduates (must to be able to work full time ASAP)
    • Work experience as HR admin is a plus
    • Business level of English
    • Positive, daring, can-do attitude, attention to detail
