Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
In a growing market,
HR controller must be the person in charge of staff costs forecasting and
accuracy, and in charge of any analysis that may be necessary to the C&B
Manager, HR Director, Brand managers, and finance team
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities (Essential Functions**)
In charge of
staff costs forecasting process for all P&C brands:
l Oversee staff
cost to include headcount and budget procedures.
l Relationship
with C&B, HR BPs, and brands controllers to work on a budget update
l Communicate
and define optimal budget assumption settings (severance, tax…)
l Calculation
of staff costs and provide cost analysis in order to help manager’s decision
and strategy
l Work with
brand controllers and brands to develop three-year and five-year business plans
for the company.
l Reporting to
Region/ HQ on staff cost (figures, analysis…)
Monthly
closing procedures & analysis
l Follow up
monthly ending headcount and handle staff cost-related accrual/provisions (bonus…)
l Review staff
costs (salary, social charges…) and check financial information is updated
appropriately
l Monitor and
Analysis on a monthly basis and alert to the controller and brand manager if
necessary
l Reporting to
Region/ HQ on staff cost (figures, analysis…)
Follow up and
optimization of all HR reporting
l Internal,
P&C HQ, LVMH HQ
l Manage the
preparation of the official annual report of actual staff cost
l Monthly and
Annual report

l direct
reporting to C&B Manager / HR Director, and functionally to CFO
Key
Requirements & Competencies
l 3~5 years of
related experience in finance/controlling or HR
l Knowledge of
finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles.
l Ability to
analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and
projections. Working knowledge of short- and long-term budgeting and
forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
l Work requires
professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
l Ability to
motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and
simultaneously manage several projects.
l Over
university degree, Business Administration or Accounting major
l Database
management and analysis skills
