담당직무 

1. Data Input
- Closely communicate with Vessel capacity manager for correct inputting of booking data
- Input the accurate booking data into the system
- Closely monitor booking data and its shipping plan on the system inputted by each regional office

2. Data review & confirm
- Update the booking data when it changes in due course
- Identify discrepancy between booking data, cargo allocation plan and actual data in field and coordinate with the concerned parties (Vessel capacity manager & Stowage planner)

3. Result comparison
- Confirm & compare the status between loading result (or B/L) and booking data
- Ensure that loading result (or B/L) is consistent with booking data and share difference with the concerned parties if found

4. Customer Coordination and Customer Interface
- Customer Coordination and Customer Interface
- Act as primary customer interface developing customer focus and relationships
