Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for organizing & support the function of training. In coordination with FBP learning partners, set highest standard of training quality and make sure all training details by FBP training experience, L&D team should deliver an unsurpassed experience to every single BA.

 

Key Responsibilities:                       

1. OPERATION & REPORTING 

  • Report L&D team performance to L&D manager: Learning efficiency, Flash report, Retail meeting unit & L&D expense report, etc.
  • Organize and operate all L&D training (include training participant registration, training logistics-food & meal..., hotel arrangement for participants, L&D budget management, claim training expenses, SPM, testers, training stock management, update training room dressing, maintain BA grooming-Hair pin & hygienic procedure, maintenance etc. )
  •  Provide technical support for Teams L&D channelDigital studio launch operation
  •  Service dashboard barcode management 
  •  Cooperate & work closely with related team

2. LEARNING & RETAIL & PARTNERSHIP·

  • BA training path development & management: training history update, participant update
  • Plan yearly learning calendar with Learning Partner (LP) in lined with retail priorities
  • Prepare and develop the training materials and tools to adapt local requirement 
  • Training kit configuration for key moments
  • Learning project operations with LP: contest, specialist workshop, etc.
  • Closely inter-communicate BA (TEAMS, mail, call, POS visit etc.)

3. Travel Retail (TR) TRAINING + PARTNERSHIP

  • Chinese learning module release via digital tool once a quarter (language, trends, client profile etc.)
  • Managing TR BA’s monthly learning calendars (history update, motivation event etc.)
  • All TR BA’s Chinese assessment arrange per year & Chinese class for all POS  2hours per month
  • Collaborate to create Chinese novelty digital module via digital tool with Chinese specialists
  • Support & co-facilitation retail centric training, newcomer training
  • Partner with Learning team and TR team to give appropriate training, sales and company policies.
  • Closely inter-communicate TR BA & POS visit

 

Job Requirements:

Ÿ   University graduate

Ÿ   English literature, luxury business, adult training related major preferred

Ÿ   Prefer more than 1 year in luxury cosmetic & service industry and other related areas

Ÿ   Detailed oriented

Ÿ   Computer literate.

Ÿ   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ÿ   Ability to speak and write 

Ÿ   English a must:  translation of training content
