JD: PR&COMMUNICATION INTERN (CONTRACTED)

 

* Press Communication

- Support to create PR look books

- Assist PR samples and products for media shooting

- Media coverage clippings, translate articles, and upload the data on the monitoring system

- Update Monthly editorial report, including best clippings

- Operate Show room environment  

 

* AD/ Digital Communication

 - KAKAKO brand channel contents posting, including Push AD  

 - AD asset arrangement from the marketing portals     

 

* Ad hoc

 - Support PR event preparation and execution 

 - Collateral assets and event fixture tidy up

- Monthly expense closure 

 

Qualification

University Degree holder

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)

Good interpersonal skills

Prefer experience in PR Function of international and multicultural companies (6months – 1yr)

 

 

CRM Assistant (Intern)

Client data management and store support

ž   User setting and maintenance support

ž   System error report / e-mail inquires from stores handling support

ž   Monitor client data quality and collection (Data duplication management)

ž   Store training preparation support

ž   Generating CRM data and reports for operation

Client Care Program and Direct Mailing support

ž   Prospect/Client care program mailing support (e-mail Newsletter, MMS, Evite, 1:1 text, etc.)

ž   Client communication material ordering and local production support (client gift, gift packages, letter, brochure, birthday card, etc.)

ž   Review translation of newsletter contents and materials by campaign

VIP loyalty Program support

Translate and review of the store guideline and CRM materials by VIP program based on global asset

ž   VIP Gifting item order support

ž   VIP client care program development support

ž   VIP client event preparation support

ž   Store communication support

Administrative

ž   Preparation and documentation of RFA (Request for Approval) and PO (Purchase Order)

ž   Handling of expense (Domestic and Overseas Invoices) by activity

 

Requirements

ž   University Degree holder

ž   Excellent communication skills, fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
Good computer skills (MS Office, PPT, especially Excel)

ž   Good interpersonal skills

ž   Prefer experience in CRM Function (6months – 1yr)
