[업무내용]
Position 1) Concierge
- Responsible for all concierge duties which includes scheduling interviews to attending to all incoming guests and internal staff requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and management of Shopee merchandises and New Hire Induction Kit
- Attending to incoming and outgoing courier services and sorting out incoming mails and parcels
- Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies
- All other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager
Position 2) Seller Support
- Delivering high quality customer service experience through effective management of day to day operations
- Supporting Shopee sellers' inquiries regarding their shop operations, including shop opening, product listing & management, payment, Shopee policies as well as technical issues
- Analyzing and proposing SOP to drive improvements in productivity and quality to our Seller CS processes
- Monitoring and managing key metrics such as customer satisfaction, backlogs and productivity
- Responsible for team members’ developmental needs, including but not limited to coaching, direction setting and performance monitoring
Position 3) Logistics CS
- Monitor and urge the shippers to process orders on time as promised
- Monitor logistics performance and customers' requests, and improve the transport services accordingly
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to seller and Shopee team
- Follow Team request
- Resolve all problems by clarifying the issue with logistic partners
- Prepares service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Position 4) Warehouse Business
21년도에 새롭게 구성된 팀으로 아직 업무분장이 완벽하지 않을 수 있습니다. 다만 내부 임직원 및 입점사를 상대로 Warehouse관련 문의를 해결하고 교육을 제공하는 팀이기에 적극적으로 문제해결을 하며 새로운 업무를 통해 성장하고자 하시는 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
- covering seller inquiries on warehouse related logistics/operations matter
- build, optimize webinar/educational content to distribute to sellers and educate internal Shopee
[지원자격]
- 초대졸 이상
- 영어활용 가능자 (Written, Spoken)
- 문제해결을 위해 적극적으로 사고하시는 분

[전형절차]
- 1차 서류전형 -> 2차 면접전형 -> 3차 면접전형 (영어인터뷰)
[근무환경]
- 근무기간: 12개월 맨파워그룹코리아 소속 파견계약직 (업무 평가에 따라 연장 가능)
- 근무지: 서울시 강남구 테헤란로 (2호선 역삼역 도보 3분)
- 근무시간: 09:30 ~ 19:00 (휴게시간 1시간 30분, 주 5일 근무)
- 급여: 연봉 2,700 ~ 2,800만원 수준
