-영어능력 우수 (회화 및 작문) / 호주계 회사이므로입사즉시 영어활용이 많음

*Job Description

Accountabilities: 

Accountability 1:   Planning and Communication

  • Weekly scheduling of orders being placed by distributors
  • Regular communication with APAC warehouse to plan supply of stock to meet demand on time
  • Use APAC warehouse ‘events forecasting’ template to plan supply of ‘non-sales’ items, such as additional inventory or demonstration stock
  • Logistics advisor to the Korean New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Participate in NPI calls between Korea and APAC. Consult across local teams involved in NPI to understand product launch times and quantities. Communicate with APAC warehouse about Korean product requirements. Coordinate between Korea and APAC to meet Korean product requirements within APAC supply parameters

Accountability 2:   Customer View Time

  • Handle shipments accurately
  • Minimise shipping turnaround time
  • Performing tasks, including preparing shipments and timely processing of returned materials
  • Manage daily stock transfers for walk in customers and ensure that inventory balances at close of each day
  • Manage the receipt, dispatch and return of sound processors requiring repair between Korea and Cochlear’s Global Repair Centre in Kuala Lumpur

Accountability 3:   Pick, Pack and Ship

  • Receive pick slips and allocate them according to a First In First Out system. Manually release urgent pick slips when requested (eg. For walk in customers)
  • Allocate the correct serial number and part number against the appropriate pick slip
  • Pick goods accurately and in accordance with the pick slip
  • Confirm serial numbers stickers against product and place labels on document packs as appropriate
  • Check the picked product against the pick slip
  • Produce the Packing list and other documentation that may be required for shipping or regulatory requirements;
  • Package goods as instructed or as appropriate
  • Loading / unloading of product
  • Dispatch product (Mail / Local Courier / Overseas Courier)
  • Move product to be shipped within the designated areas
  • Ship urgent orders within the required timeframe when directed
  • Maintain consumable packing material levels

Accountability 4:   Stores Duties

  • Carry out cycle counting as required
  • Play a key role in actively performing stocktakes
  • Manage quarantined stock and determine need for stock write-offs on a monthly basis
  • Monitor and manage consignment stock levels
  • Confirm the shipping status of orders in response to queries from internal staff, or occasionally directly from customers
  • Receive and answer queries on stock status from the Customer Service team
  • Move inventory as directed, and ensure that inventory is stocked clearly on shelf and overall warehouse is kept clean and tidy, with labeling in place to clearly mark where stock should be sitting
  • Maintain product lay out and stock locations on both the computer and racking system
  • Liaise with the Customer Service team on RMA (Returned Product Authorisation) return
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks as directed.

Accountability 5:   Receiving/ Shipping

  • Receive product from external sources. Verify, and then place in correct location according to type of product i.e. (goods inwards stores / Goods inwards staff / Repair returns / Goods for Credit)
  • Receive finished product into stores accordance with procedures
  • Process product for credit in a timely manner liaising with Customer service to complete

 

Job Requirements

Minimum:

  • Good Dexterity Skills, and multi-tasking
  • Open mind, good collaboration skills, must be a team player and work with all office staff
  • Basic level of English comprehension (eg read work instructions and basic verbal communication)
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in computer database administration work, preferably a working knowledge of Oracle systems
  • Good communicator with the ability to listen and act on instructions
  • Basic level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Intermediate Typing skills
  • Ability to work overtime as and when directed

Ideal:

  • Logistics experience 
  • Knowledge of Medical Devices and importance of on-time delivery
  • Pick/pack role or Stores environment
