Job Summary/Purposes
A career as an IT support specialist involves troubleshooting and fixing computer issues. Most people in this type of role work for a specific organization and provide computer support to its staff members, but some work independently and fix computer problems for individual customers who need assistance. IT support specialists can also provide remote assistance to customers around the globe by email, phone, or accessing a desktop through secure connection. Daily tasks include answer inquiries about errors, supervise systems in order to detect problems and ensure appropriate usage, and install or repair hardware and software equipment.
Responsibilities
· 1st level user support / delivery to Office/Store users
· H/W and S/W IT asset management
· Problem solving of IT Infrastructures (Personal PC, Network devices, iPhone, iPad etc)
· Ensure monitoring and professional operation of infrastructure.
· Active directory management.
- User accounts management
- Create and manage email address and distribution list in MS Exchange
· Support Corporate communication systems, including email (on outlook, web and mobile device), instant messaging, VoIP.
· Implement and Operate Local / Wide Area Network/ Virtual LAN and Wireless LAN.
· eCommerce & Digital Project / Supports
· IT Ticket Management – Level 1 support (Office, Stores)
