Foreign National Student Intern Program
The Foreign National Student Intern Program is designed for students who are non-U.S. citizens seeking internships with U.S. Missions abroad. Students will gain valuable experience in various areas of foreign policy and management, and possible academic credit in respective institution. There are no benefits, compensation, or any future employment rights attached to student participation in the FNSIP.
Period of Internship
The internship will begin around July 2026 to September 2026 for three months. A Certificate of Internship will be issued for students who successfully complete the program.
Required Documents:
1. FNSIP STATEMENT OF INTEREST – The applicant’s printed name will be accepted on the signature line.
2. FNSIP LETTER OF PERMISSION– Ink or electronic signature is required on the signature line
3. TRANSCRIPT – Must be in good academic standing. (Admission letter is accepted for Graduate Students.)
