*Job Title: Localization Producer, Interactive
Job Summary
As an Interactive Localization Producer in Korea, the candidate will be responsible for managing the localization of Web and email marketing programs as well as leading technical development across multiple platforms as they relate to our region. The role will also require close collaboration across a variety of functions within the Korea Marcom team and with WW counterparts.
Key responsibilities:

- Work alongside a team of producers and agency partners who provide production, localization and QA expertise, to launch product campaigns and seasonal / sustaining initiatives in the digital space.
- Serve as the guardian of technical, production design, publishing and QA process best practice, ensuring its adherence by all internal and external parties involved in the delivery process.
- Keep the team lead and key stakeholders informed as projects progress: red flags, hard deadlines and resource implications.
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in digital project management for a multinational company or digital agency
- Project management experience and capability.
- Fundamental understanding about Web and mobile programming and technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, CMS platform.
- Fast learner. Self-driven and passionate.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
- Flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve desired result. Be comfortable working with creative teams and able to give a considered opinion on the development of interactive deliverables.
- English communication capability
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
