Job Purpose

Assist marketing team in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and seasonal programs which drive sales and achieve business goals.

Core Accountabilities

§  Assist marketing team in developing marketing strategy and executing direct to customer marketing plans which drive sales and achieve business goals by brands/channels

§  Support new business launch and develop marketing strategy in guidance with business goals

§  Research/Monitor market trends (consumer, market and competitor) and use it as a key source of marketing strategies which reflect market-specific needs

§  Collaborate internal team to maximize the best performances of key marketing campaigns

§  Closely work with retail, merchandise, creative service in order for all elements of marketing instore programs to be aligned with business initiatives and sales goals 

§  Partner with RL global team to ensure marketing programs are on-brand and consistent in tone of voice and ensure it meets RL quality standard

Requirements

§  fashion brand marketing experience preferred

§  BA degree, business studies, ideally with a focus on communication or equivalent

§  Fluency both in verbal and written English

§  Self-motivated, interpersonal skills, team player and detail oriented.

§  Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced working environment
