JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for providing prompt inquiry services for J.P. Morgan Treasury Services clients under supervision. In this key essential role, your day to day responsibilities are included but not limited to supporting to handle client documentations, managing phone inquiries from clients and internal partners, and providing support to team’s various activities. There are mainly three big pillars of job duties; Client Satisfaction, Client Intimacy and Managing Risks,
Job responsibilities
- Resolve phone and written inquiries from clients and internal partners to ensure first call resolution
- Log, track all incoming work into tracking system on real time basis
- Provide client updates on unresolved cases
- Provide a high standard of client service. Ensuring that all client inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction through intensive partnership with other departments locally and globally.
- Advise immediate manager, Client Service Account Manager, and Client Advocacy of any potentially damaging relationship and operational deficiencies
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner and obtain exceptional item approval where appropriate
- Recommend updates to Procedures Manual
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Original copy of Certificate of Employment Assistance Eligibility [보훈 취업지원대상자 증명서]
- Good command of English and Korean
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy assisting with clients’ inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner
- Able to provide quality services in a high inquiry volume environment
- Accuracy and ability to follow through
