[자격요건]
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0 ~ 1 year++ HR experiences preferred
- Fluent in English to read and moderate to write & speak
- Intermediate level for MS Office(PPT/Word/Excel)
- Fluent communication skills to work with external & internal people
[업무내용]
- Manage & Operate Benefit programs/Mobility program
- Coordinate & Support Training
- Provide people & culture support across the business and serve as point of contact for company benefit programs and HR training, HR questions
- Support projects to develop HR systems
- HR administration works and General support related to HR for employees
- Communicate with Internal employees & External Vendors
[근무조건]
- 급여조건 : 회사 내규에 따름
- 근무위치 : 경기도 성남시 분당구 양현로 322, 코리아디자인센터 5층
- 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 08:30 ~ 17:30
- 근무형태 : 맨파워코리아 소속 파견계약직 12개월 (산휴대체, 1년 단위 계약 최대 2년)
