Supporting across the Equities team based in Seoul, you will be responsible for executing a variety of corporate events, conferences, Zoom Webinars, and working in conjunction with Sales, Research & Investment Banking teams, in sourcing interesting speakers, drafting invitations, organizing travel and bespoke trips, ground transportation and visa applications for the team and also offshore visitors. Working in a fast-paced sales and trading environment your role will involve extensive diary and travel management among other corporate access/ administrative duties.
In addition, you will oversee multiple video calls per week which includes managing the waiting room, agenda, participants, and presentations when required. Extensive inbox management is needed including filing of emails and arranging paperwork and board level documents for meetings. You will be involved in event planning for both internal and external functions as well as compilation of out-of-pocket expenses and completion of expense claims. You will be required to answer all calls professionally and in a timely manner, raise invoices and assist with the approval of invoices, and enter contacts, client meetings and meeting notes into our systems.
 
지원 자격  우대사항 This role requires a bachelor’s degree and a strong communication in English both in written and oral.  Experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Team Assistant in a global environment would be ideal but not a must. You will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team. You will have a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. You will be a clear communicator, confident in liaising with Executives across all levels of the business hierarchy, both internally and externally. Strong organizational, planning and multi-tasking abilities will also underpin your success, ensuring you are able to effectively manage conflicting priorities. You will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office to successfully support the senior team and coordinate meetings, ensuring thorough preparation in advance. Additionally, your flexibility and a “can do” attitude will play a major part in your success in the role.  Skills in Zoom Webinar, Dealogic, Excel and PowerPoint would be highly beneficial.
